The charge for each session (of 50 minutes) is £35 ; weekend sessions may incur a small surcharge.

The NHS calls counselling "Talking Therapy", recognising that it can be an alternative to, or can complement, medication for anxiety, stress and depression your GP may be prescribing. I truly believe counselling shouldn't be an out-of-reach luxury for you at the time you need it: And so please discuss with me about concessions I do offer if you are a student or on a low income.
PAYMENT OF FEES
Fees can be paid in cash during each session, or by direct bank transfer on or before the session date.
Counselling works best if you attend regularly, at the agreed frequency, which at the beginning is usually weekly. However every now and then you may need to cancel an appointment. If you give at least 48 hours notice of cancellation, I will not charge for the session. I will understand if you need to cancel with less notice in exceptional circumstances, such as sudden illness. Otherwise, I reserve the right to charge in full for missed appointments.
Note also that if you are unable to attend a session in person, it is also possible to reschedule it as a Skype/phone session.
If the number of sessions has been agreed, this is regularly reviewed during the sessions, and can be adjusted to meet your needs. Should you decide to terminate your counselling with me, it is good to let me know in advance so we can have a satisfactory ending. If you miss two appointments without notice, this will cancel your counselling agreement with me.
It's easy to contact me.
I aim to respond to you within 3 days, and often much sooner.
